Typically people are only focused on one of these steps, work on it for a couple of weeks and then get discouraged and quit.  By focusing on all three tiers, I consistently see progress in all my clients.  Through this three step process, I will make sure your body is finely tuned into a fat burning machine! 

Diet/Nutrition

Once January rolls around, many people join health clubs or gyms to try and burn fat through hours of exercise.  Unfortunately most people fail with this approach since it will require exhausting hours of exercise to actually burn enough calories to make a difference.  The most important aspect of burning fat is to adjust the food you are eating to maximize your fat loss potential.  I am not talking about counting calories or starving yourself.  Following my protocol you will learn to eat quality, delicious foods to maintain proper glycogen stores and balance out your hormones so that your body will be perfectly tuned to burn fat!

Exercise/Fitness

Once we have your body losing weight with just your nutrition plan, we know your body is primed for fat loss.  Then, we will incorporate our Fitness Tier to tone muscle, increase your metabolism and burn fat at an even faster rate.  I have been training professional fitness models and body builders for 25 years and know what it takes to burn fat.  With the combination of a proper nutrition plan and a metabolically integrated exercise routine, you can be assured that stubborn fat will be a thing of the past.

Rest/Recovery

Our final tier is one that is often overlooked.  It is so important that your body has the proper amount of rest and time for recovery.  Otherwise you metabolism will be slowed and your hormones will go out of balance, basically shutting down your fat burning ability.  Working with me, I will teach you everything you need to know about the best ways to rest, recover and get the most out of your workouts.

How Do I Get Started?

This is the most important question you can ask!  Most people get started on their own and fail after just a couple of weeks.  I can assure you that I can help you lose fat, but it will take some determination on your part.  I have worked with hundreds of people to lose thousands of pounds of fat.  Working with me, you will get the support you need.  With regular one-on-one consultations and your membership in the MaxFit Facebook group, you will have the knowledge, accountability and support you need to meet your goals.  It is hard to do on your own, but working together we will do everything needed to meet your goals.  

One-on-One Weekly Consultations

It doesn't matter if you are local to Rochester, NY or on the other side of the world.  We will find a way to communicate on a weekly basis so that I can check your progress and make adjustments to all three tiers, as needed.    Nutrition, Exercise and Recovery all need to be kept in check.  You may need adjustments after losing fat or if you begin to stall.  We will work together to keep your body a fat burning furnace.  

MaxFit Private Facebook Group

Over the years of doing this, I have found that there is a psychological component to burning fat as well as physiological.  Being a part of a group of people striving for the same goal has been one of the most effective methods of keeping my clients on track.  Our Private MaxFit Facebook group accomplishes just that.  It allows all my clients to interact and encourage one another on this journey.  It is a great forum for asking questions, sharing results and discussing struggles.  We are in this together and will get through this together!
