MaxFit CP Protocol

Over the 30 years that I have been doing contest prep, I have learned a lot and developed a process that has shown consistent results over and over again.  I now call this my 3-Phase CP (Contest Prep) Protocol.   At Maximum Fitness I have trained hundreds of clients using my CP (Contest Prep) Protocol, taking them step-by-step through the four phases.  You may have used other trainers before, with mixed results.  But I can assure you the MaxFit 3-Phase CP Protocol will have you have you in peak shape the day of your show!  

Phase 1

Detox | Stabilization | Muscle Prep

Over the years I have been doing this, I have learned that the biggest hinderance to building muscle and losing fat is not exercise or diet, but hormonal.  The problem is that our bodies have built up so many toxins that our hormones are all out of balance.  It is critical to start off any contest prep with our detoxification process to cleanse your body of toxins, stabilize your blood sugar, balance your hormones and prepare your muscles for growth.  This necessary first step will ensure your muscles are tuned and ready to absorb the proteins, amino acids and nutrients we will be providing it.  If you have had trouble burning that last bit of fat or have stubborn areas where it is difficult to build muscle, we have the perfect program for you.  Our Phase I Nutritional Plan will provide you everything you need to start building muscle and burning fat!


Phase 2

Muscle Building

In this phase we will be focused on building up muscle mass all over your body.  Using our tried and true training methods, combined with our Phase 2 Nutritional Plan, you will experience muscle hypertrophy like never before.  Building muscle mass is more than just lifting heavy every day.  We will constantly be varying and tuning your training program, using what we call "advanced basics", volume training and forced overload.  We balance these different training techniques with recovery to ensure maximum muscle growth and a balanced physique.   The Phase 2 Nutritional Plan will work in parallel to the training to ensure you body has all the nutrients it needs to build muscle with rapid recovery.  


Phase 3

Body Shaping | Cutting

In this phase we will be focused on tuning up any areas that need to be worked on more and burning fat.  We have a very unique approach to "peak week".  We will ramp up the Phase 3 protocol gradually to minimize the discomfort while maximizing the fat loss.  By gradually making slight modifications you won't be throwing your body into a chaotic state and screwing up all your hormones.  This subtle approach will allow you to walk on stage in peak form without any severe depletion or manipulation methods.  I have used this method with hundreds of competitors and they have all agreed that it was the easiest contest prep they have ever done.    


1 Year - Full Season

6 Months - Half Season

Pay with PayPal or a debit/credit card

Prep for unlimited contests per 6 month period.  $250/month or a discounted price of $1000 paid upfront.  Personal training can also be added at a discount.


12 Week Prep

Pay with PayPal or a debit/credit card

12 weeks out, it is time to get serious.  Includes all the details you need to be in your best condition come showtime!  Personal training can be added at a discount.
